We are fighting to have vulgar and sexually explicit material removed from school libraries and not given to minors. What seems like common sense and decency is not the case in some areas. This is a story and complaint we have heard from parents and teachers across the state and what many of you have been dealing with for years. As parents, teachers and community members we need to unite as a state to protect school children from indecency and lewdness. Proposed legislation has been drafted to combat this material from entering our schools.
